2012-2013 Kindergarten Registration

If your child turns 5 on or before November 1, 2012, it is almost time to register for Kindergarten. Registration packets will be available in the school office starting on February 8th. You may call the school at 408-223-4873, if you have questions. Only COMPLETE registration packets will be accepted in the school office. Please note that in addition to the registration packet, parents must have the following items for the registration to be complete:

*Proofs of residence (details will be in the packet)

*An original birth certificate or other legal document showing date of birth (Passport or Baptismal Certificate)

*Immunization record (California schools enforce a "no shots, no school" policy.)

Registration packets may be picked up at the office from 9:00AM-3:00PM.
